Terms of Service - The Munden Key

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Munden Key platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Service.

2. Business Model Description

The Munden Key is a direct sales company that offers digital and physical products. Participants ("Members") may earn income through:

Retail Sales: Selling products directly to customers at retail prices
Commissions: Earning bonuses based on personal sales volume (PV) and team sales volume

The Munden Key is NOT a "get rich quick" scheme. Success requires significant effort, skill, and time. The majority of participants who earn income do so through actual retail sales of products, not recruitment.

Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, market conditions, and sales ability. We make no guarantees of income.

3. Income Disclosure Statement

4. Retail Sales Requirement

To be eligible for any commissions or bonuses, you MUST maintain retail sales to non-members that account for at least 51% of your total product volume.

This requirement ensures compliance with FTC guidelines distinguishing legitimate direct sales from illegal pyramid schemes.

What Counts as Retail Sales:

Sales to customers who are NOT members of The Munden Key
Sales to members who purchase for personal consumption (with documentation)

What Does NOT Count:

Your own membership fees
Purchases primarily made to qualify for bonuses
Inventory loading

5. Prohibited Practices

Members are strictly prohibited from:

Making income claims not supported by the Income Disclosure Statement
Guaranteeing earnings or "easy money"
Purchasing products primarily to qualify for commissions ("inventory loading")
Pressuring anyone to join or purchase
Misrepresenting the business opportunity or products
Using deceptive marketing practices

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Refund Policy

Membership: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
Digital Products: Non-refundable after download/access.
Physical Products: 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Return for full refund minus shipping.

7. Membership & Fees

Basic membership: $6.99/month
No mandatory purchases beyond membership to participate
Cancel anytime with no penalty

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Tennessee. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
